If it has been 7 days or less since your account was deleted, you can request recovery through Customer Support after a quick verification process.
After 7 days, your account’s synced email is automatically removed to protect personal data, making standard recovery difficult.
In such cases, we may still be able to recover your account if you can verify your identity with a purchase receipt. Once verified, we can help you resync the account using a new Joyple email.
