If the update isn’t showing in the store or you're having trouble updating the game, please try the following steps: 

 ■ Check your Wi-Fi or mobile network connection 

 - Make sure you're connected to a stable network (Wi-Fi is recommended) 

 - If using mobile data, check if app downloads are allowed 

 - Android: [Settings > Connections > Data usage > Data Saver] 

 - iOS: [Settings > Cellular > App Store > Cellular Data] 

 ■ Try updating manually from the store 

 Open the Google Play Store or App Store, search for Resident Evil Survival Unit, and tap Update if available 

 ■ Delete and reinstall the game 

 Remove the game from the Google Play Store or App Store, then reinstall it
