✅ Minimum Requirements

- Android: OS 6.0 or higher / Galaxy S7 or newer / At least 3GB of free storage

- iOS: iOS 12.0 or higher / iPhone 7 or newer / At least 3GB of free storage

Notes

- Even on devices that meet the minimum requirements, performance issues may still occur depending on available storage, device temperature (overheating), or background apps running.

- If you encounter any issues during gameplay, please refer to the troubleshooting steps below:

✅ If you experience issues launching the game or encounter crashes:

- Close any other apps running on the device and try launching the game again. 

- Restart your device and relaunch the game.

- You may also delete the app and reinstall: 

*Prior to deleting the app, please ensure that your account is linked so you don’t lose access to your account!

✅ If you experience screen freezes or unresponsive controls:

-Adjust the graphics settings to “low” by accessing the in-game Settings > Game Settings > scroll down to Graphics Settings. 

*Please note, overheating or other battery-related issues may affect performance.
