The game is operated under different publishers depending on your country/region.

When the publisher differs, the app version also differs (Joycity / Aniplex), and players using different versions cannot access the same server.

This means that if you and your friend are using different app versions, the following will not be possible:

- Adding each other as friends

- Joining the same Alliance

- Connecting to the same server

To play together, please check which app version you are currently using and make sure both of you log in through the same service version of the app.
